When can I begin set up? Set up hours begin at park & building on Thursday after 3 PM. Sales may be conducted Friday & Saturday 9 AM – 6 PM & Sunday 9 AM – 3 PM. Security will NOT be provided throughout the night at the park.
Where can I park my vehicle? Non-food vendors may enter the park for unloading & loading merchandise at both the north & south end of park. Vehicles must be removed immediately from park grounds after unloading/loading. All day parking is available at the Sports Complex located east of Hwy 395; directly across from the park. No overnight parking is allowed.
May I bring my pet? Yes, however, dogs must be confined to your vendor space & leashed at all times. A pet park is located north of the tennis courts. You must clean up after your pet & remove all food from space each night.
What are the park rules? No silly string, canned hair color, pop streamers, fireworks or firearms are allowed in the park during the event. No bikes or scooters during event hours. No exceptions. You will be subject to removal if not in compliance.
Is ice available? The closest location for ice purchase is Mobil Mini Mart & Joseph’s Market.
How do I find the local motels/hotels? A list of lodging is attached & can also be viewed at lonepinefilmfestival.org
Why can’t I have the same space every year? Spaces are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Reservations should be made early. We will make every effort to accommodate returning vendor space requests; however, there may be variations.
What does the vendor fee cover? The vendor fee is for the 10’ x 10’ space only. It does not include any film festival events, etc. PLEASE MAKE YOUR CHECK OUT TO THE MUSEUM OF WESTERN FILM HISTORY.
How can I purchase items or tickets in advance? Purchases can be made at the Museum or online at lonepinefilmfestival.org prior the film festival & picked up at the ticket office on Thursday.
