Greg has been a dedicated Lone Pine movie location hunter since 1999. He graduated from USC in Los Angeles and has lived in Reno, NV since 1978. With an appreciation of pioneer filmmaking he is an avid silent movie buff whose personal collection includes films dating back to 1902’s A Trip to the Moon. Greg is a retired private investigator and now serves on the Lone Pine Film Festival Committee. When not designing new location tours for future festivals he is doing research for his book, “Before the Voices”, an essay on the technicalities of silent film making.
